The Licorne Residence is located in the upper part of Belle Plagne at an altitude of 2,050m, ensuring constant snow cover.

This resort is entirely pedestrianized and has ski lifts allowing you to enjoy the entire PARADISKI area, from La Plagne to Les Arcs.

Facing the sun, your vacation rental in Belle Plagne features traditional architecture, typical of the Savoy region, nestled in the heart of magnificent landscapes.

The residence consists of 6 floors served by an elevator, access to the paid underground Belleplagne Amont parking lot, and immediate access to the slopes.

You'll be a 5-minute walk from shops, restaurants, a bowling alley, a spa, ski lifts, and the ESF ski school.

The apartment faces southwest, offering beautiful views of the mountain ranges.

The 27 m² apartment has two rooms for 4/5 people.

It will provide you with all the comforts you need for a comfortable stay.

The interior features an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a trundle bed for 2 people, a single sofa bed, a TV, and access to the balcony.

Then there's a kitchenette with 4 ceramic hobs, a microwave/grill, a dishwasher, a dining area for 5 people, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette grill, and all the necessary tableware.

A fully renovated bathroom features a vanity with mirror, a bathtub and bath screen, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer.

Reservations are available from Sunday to Sunday only, allowing you to avoid the busy Saturday roads and enjoy a day of skiing when the slopes are empty.

You will be greeted upon arrival by Mélanie, who will contact you by email one week prior.

Check-in and check-out will be handled in her presence.

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 8 pm, and departures are before 10 am.

She can also offer luggage storage (large luggage: €10 for a half-day and €15 for a full day).

Upon departure, you are asked to empty your trash, put away the dishwasher, and neatly fold up your duvets and blankets in the storage provided.
