On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed 160 and another bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90. The sanitary area is composed of a bathroom with Italian shower and 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs is the living room with integrated kitchen, table and chair, TV and a sofa COMFORTABLE convertible 160 for the last 2 beds.

Ideally located 4 minutes from the tourist office/ departure of the gondola.

The Paradiski ski area with its 425 km of slopes with 70% of the slopes located above 2000 meters altitude for optimal snow from December to April.

A deposit of 1500 € is to be made one month before the stay by contacting the owner.
It can be made by bank transfer, STRIPE or Swikly payment.
The deposit of guarantee is returned the week following the stay if there was no evidence of damage
